How to Apply for the Erasmus+ Program at APBS Business School

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before you begin your application, ensure that you meet the Erasmus+ program’s eligibility criteria. At APBS, we welcome ambitious students with a strong academic track record and proficiency in the languages of instruction (primarily English ). Check that you meet the program-specific requirements listed on our Erasmus+ Program Guide.

Step 2: Prepare Your Documents

Gather all necessary documentation, including academic transcripts, language certificates, a copy of your passport, and a motivational letter explaining why you want to join the Erasmus+ program at APBS. Ensure that all documents are up-to-date and accurately reflect your qualifications.

Step 3: Fill Out the Online Application

Complete the online application form available on our website concours.apbs.online . Provide all requested information, including personal details, academic background, and your preferred study track. Attach all required documents in the designated format and double-check for any errors or omissions before submission.

Step 4: Submit Before the Deadline

Mark the submission deadlines in your calendar:

For the Winter Term: May 30th
For the Spring Term: November 30th

Submit your application well before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues. Late applications may not be considered.

Step 5: Await Confirmation

Once your application is submitted, our Erasmus+ coordinators will review it. This process can take several weeks. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application, and we will contact you again once a decision has been made.

Step 6: Acceptance and Further Steps

If you are accepted into the program, you will receive detailed instructions on the next steps. This will include information on visa applications, accommodation, and enrolment procedures. Follow these steps carefully to ensure a smooth preparation for your exchange experience.

Step 7: Prepare for Your Arrival

Once you’ve been accepted, start preparing for your arrival at APBS. This includes arranging for travel, securing accommodation, and enrolling in mandatory orientation sessions. Our International Office will provide you with a comprehensive checklist to ensure you’re ready for your new adventure.

Step 8: Join Our Community

Upon your arrival, you’ll be fully integrated into the APBS community. Participate in our orientation week, meet your fellow students, and start exploring all that APBS and our local area have to offer.
