Transfer students

Overview

Changing universities without overlooking your existing credits

If you have already completed courses in Tunisia or abroad, APBS can assess how they fit the programme you wish to join. Transfer entry depends on the individual academic review and final approval; completing a year elsewhere does not automatically establish entry into the next year at APBS.

What should you prepare?

  • Your academic transcripts, including course names, grades and completed study periods.
  • Course descriptions or syllabuses, with credits or contact hours where available.
  • Your current qualification, institution and the APBS programme you want to enter.

These items help the Registrar assess content and workload equivalence. Admissions will confirm the official documents needed for your file.

What should you confirm before deciding?

Request the written transfer decision, the recognised courses, the remaining modules and any conditions to complete. Then confirm your entry level, expected study plan and fees for the remaining requirements. Ask the Registrar to confirm current transfer tuition in writing for your intake.

Request a transfer assessment or review how to apply. For an in-person discussion, contact APBS in advance at 90 Avenue Mohamed V, Tunis.

How APBS assesses course equivalence

APBS accepts course transfers provided a minimum passing grade was obtained and
pending final approval of the Scientific Council. Course equivalency is based on the
course design and content as well as the credit-hour workload equivalency.

The following guidelines are used to assess the transfer:
